Instead of being accommodating, they yelled and threatened to call the police. I felt trapped in a frustrating situation where I had to tiptoe around the staff. I even lost my $100 deposit due to their poor handling of the situation. The lack of empathy was striking, making me feel unwelcome. For a fun desert getaway, I expected more from a hotel bearing your name.
